I know I've been asked about how the remodel is coming along! Things didn't go exactly to plan in the bathroom, but it's getting there! I was going to do a bit bigger vanity, tile floors, and shifts some stuff around, but the concrete looked good, there wasn't going to be much tile showing, and the vanity was going to be a tad too big for the bathroom. With this old house, pivots must be made.
The other vanity and tile will go in the other bathroom that will be in the works! Big change! I did get the shower door in yesterday, now just a back splash, hanging the mirror, and two sconce lights!
With all this being said, how do you adapt when changes happen? How do you navigate stressors? Do you find yourself getting upset quick? How do your kids navigate stressors or changes?
If big changes are hard to navigate for you or your family, take a step into finding the why. One thing I talk about is, if your system is neurologically disorganized internally, then sudden changes will create a chaotic state. If your nervous system is in flow and a change comes up, boom, you will feel it, understand it's going to be okay, and navigate it with just a little blip on the radar.
Soon I will be introducing a new way to work with me one on one remotely to do just this! I get to help be an anchor or a lifeline to help you or your family's system function better while you live your daily life... Excited to reveal it soon!
