Ever heard of DBT?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps people manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build a life worth living.

Originally developed for borderline personality disorder, DBT is now used to support anyone struggling with:
💥 Big emotional swings
🧠 Anxiety or depression
🗣️ Conflict in relationships
🧍‍♀️ Feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns

DBT teaches skills in 4 key areas:

If your heart races every time you see a “Can we talk?” subject line, you’re not alone (also, if you're a boss, please stop doing that).

Therapy can help you learn how to calm your nervous system, set boundaries, and stop spiraling every time you hear that notification ding.

🚧✨ Let’s talk about a term that's super important and yet not broadly understood: boundaries!

You might have heard this term a lot, but what does it really mean? Boundaries are your personal guidelines in relationships—they define what’s okay and what’s not. Think of them as invisible fences that protect your emotional space.

Here are the main types:

❤️ Physical Boundaries: Personal space matters! If someone gets too close and you’re uncomfortable, speak up!

💬 Emotional Boundaries: Protect your feelings. If someone’s being dismissive, let them know that kind of feedback isn’t helpful.

⏳ Time Boundaries: Your time is valuable! It’s okay to say no if you’re feeling overwhelmed.

Why are boundaries important? They help maintain healthy relationships and safeguard your mental health. Clear communication prevents misunderstandings and resentment.

So, how do you set these boundaries? Here are a few tips: ✅ Be clear ✅ Stay consistent ✅ Practice self-care

Remember, boundaries aren’t just about saying no; they’re about saying yes to YOU! 💖 Let’s prioritize our well-being!
