This year's theme for Hispanic Heritage Month (which takes place from September 15th-October 15th each year) is "Collective Heritage: Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future." With that in mind, the representation of minorities in fields such as the medical field is vital for inspiring future generations. Did you know that approximately 38% of our company population, including our owner and CEO Sonia Zapata Alizzi, is Hispanic? ¡Salud!
