The goal of rhinoplasty isn’t to create a “perfect” nose, it’s to create harmony. When a nose is balanced, it moves from the forefront to the background. Your eyes, smile, and other features become what people notice first.

That balance comes down to proportion, projection, profile lines, and how the nose relates to the chin and overall facial structure. Every face is different, and so is every surgical plan.
