One year after this Mommy Makeover transformation ✨❤️😍, our patient has a beautifully healed, natural result with smooth contours and a refined waistline!

📝 One educational moment: Due to significant excess skin, Dr. Bachilo used a modified tummy tuck technique with a small vertical component. This allows for better tightening in all directions. The short vertical scar marks the previous belly button position and continues to fade over time, helping achieve a more balanced final result.

It is also commonly done to address aesthetic changes over time, such as loss of volume, asymmetry, or changes after weight fluctuations, pregnancy, or aging ❤️‍🩹

Revision may be needed when a patient is unhappy with the appearance or feel of their breasts, or when there are medical concerns affecting safety or comfort.
