Learn Self-compassion

Learn Self-compassion I enjoy working with people who are willing to try out new ways of living well and enjoying life.

Whether a person is struggling with some depression or anxiety, we can talk about what is happening and find new ways to help the person cope with concerns and learn to live more fully. Talking about what is happening in one's life and sharing concerns can lead to new ways of approaching issues and lead a person to begin living up to his or her potential.
