Hello Friends,

Using the popular “four learning style” model, we can postulate that the probability of a provider matching up with a patient with the same learning style is ¼ x ¼ which is roughly 6.25%. In other words, there is a 94% chance that the provider and the patient will not have matching personality or learning styles. Therefore, it is a great wonder why medical providers are not being trained to recognize their own and their patients’ personalities and learning styles.
