High vibrational energy comes from Love. Low vibrational energy comes from Fear. I stress this with my clients, but it is sometimes hard for them to understand. I thought I might provide visual proof to make it easier. I give a blessing to my water when I filter it and again when I make ice in an ice tray. I tell it that I am grateful for everything it does for us, that I love it, and ask it to serve us for our highest good. This comes from a very heart-centered space and I know that I am injecting positive, high vibrational energy into the ice. Most of the time I get a response with the water crystals freezing up and out of the ice tray.

It has been scientifically proven that saying the word love over water and then freezing it causes the frozen crystals to form beautiful shapes like snowflakes. Saying the word hate or expressing anger over water causes the crystals to form in a very chaotic way. Google Dr. Masaru Emoto to see his work.

Know that this is not a trick. When I do not bless the water, the ice does not respond in this way and forms regular ice cubes.

You may find this interesting and want to try it yourself. Please do! However, there is a more PROFOUND message here. This is proof that our words, thoughts, and emotions have an impact on the physical world. Really let that sink in. We can change this “physical” world by choosing to speak and believe in a more positive way. Everything is made up of the energy that lies within.

I hear most people on their cell phones complaining about one thing or another. This is low vibrational energy. Know that this is contributing (in a very minute way) to the chaos in the world. Adjust your thinking and keep your words, thoughts, beliefs, and emotions in a very high vibrational state with love, kindness, and compassion. We CAN make this a more beautiful world.

Down with Covid and missing my girls for Christmas, but blessed with a wonderful extended family that is bringing me food. Not everyone is so fortunate.
