Hey it is almost Halloween.... and we are going to have a booth at the Rec Center and giving out Candy. Those of you who would like to..... we could use folks to inspire great things. Hey it is Rally time in the Black Hills and Sturgis. In honor of the traffic and people on bikes, we are not having group tonight. Zoom will resume next week, this hot, hot day stay cool. Look for water or air conditioning. Positive energy to you all.! 988 if you need to talk....

Well folks, Wednesday Night Zoom Group will not be happening this week. Yes it is hot out there, tomorrow says 97 degrees. Stay cool, water and air conditioning. Drove through Sturgis today and Wow for bikes. The Sturgis Rally is in full swing.... Please enjoy, and DRIVE CAREFUL, not all bikers are great drivers, drive defensively, and enjoy the rally.

Spearfish Falls, behind the old Latchstring Inn... Spearfish, SD... Please enjoy your day, plan ahead, it is hot out. Superhot out, take a lot of water with you, and taking a drive up Spearfish Canyon was awesome, was cooler there, and we checked out where the landslide/ rock and all cleaned up...... Have a great Tuesday! Use your phone if you need to talk, or message me or use the phone a friend...... feeling the let down from the 4th a little.....expected and normal....

Yes it does. And doing so it is doing it hot.... yes the sun out there today is a scorcher.... wear a cap, take an umbrella, wet down your clothes, just stay cool. I was out for awhile and the sun has drove me back inside..... so... if you are out running around today in our area...... shade please, spray bottle with water, timing your sun time and watch for the sunburn. You stop sweating, head for water... Positive energy to you all....................Stay cool............❤️.!
