Hi, friends! If you saw my last post, you read about the importance of having a consistent sleep schedule. The Bedtime tracker below can be used to help you get started! Having a tracker like the one below can help you track your progress to see if you are improving! Here are two more tips I would like to mention today:
1. Ask someone to keep you accountable: have a family member or friend help you keep your schedule.
2. Reward yourself: did you manage to go a whole week keeping your sleep schedule together? Treat yourself!

Hi, friends! Has your sleeping schedule been all over the place due to work, school, family, etc? Mine sure has! It can tempting to prioritize watching Netflix over getting the right amount of sleep. Still, getting a good night's rest is so important in our physical and emotional health. Make the right choice and get enough z's!

On this page, I will be sharing so that YOU can improve your quality of sleep.

number 1 is to STICK TO A SCHEDULE. Yes, this may seem obvious. However, sticking to a sleep schedule is one of the best ways to take full advantage of the benefits of sleep. Aim for 7-8 hours daily. Try it out for yourself, and let me know if you see a difference! You can do this!

Hello Friends! I am conducting a group research study survey about blue light-emitting devices before bedtime to determine how the use of blue light within one hour of sleeping correlates with the amount of sleep in hours for an adult age 18-40. If you are between those ages, please fill out this survey. It will only take 5-7 minutes of your time. I appreciate your help! https://forms.gle/xqz8P4hr8rUZkq2bA

Hello everyone!! I have created a Social Media Campaign to promote healthy sleeping habits. Sleep deprivation is an issue that affects 1 in 3 adults. Ideally, adults need 7 or more hours of sleep per night to achieve maximum health and well-being. According to the CDC, "Adults who were short sleepers (less than 7 hours per 24-hour period) were more likely to report 10 chronic health conditions compared to those who got enough sleep."

If you are able to, could you answer to the following questions?
How many hours of sleep do you get per night? Do you fall asleep during the day? Do you rely on caffeine to keep you alert during the day?

Thanks so much!
