We have a few new classes coming in March! Check out our new Express (45 minute) classes at 5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Tuesday will be Sculpt Express and Thursday will be an abbreviated version of our hot sequence, in a gently heated room (85 degrees instead of the usual 105). We also added another Power class to the schedule on Saturday morning at 7:30am, and TRX on Sundays at 10:30🤗. Want even more options to practice with us? Ask about our District Unlimited Membership where you can access classes at YogaSix Belle Isle, Waterford Lakes, and Winter Park under one membership (only a $10-$20/month add-on depending on your membership tier).🧘‍♂️
