Your 50s are when your joints begin protesting every movement, and your knees tell you when it's going to rain. Physical therapists Morgan Ivey and Alison Gordon are here to show you the seven easy movements to help prevent total knee replacements down the road. These include:

- Hamstring stretch
- Prone quad stretch
- Straight-leg raise
- Hip abduction straight-leg raise
- Wall squats
- Seated bike
- Single-leg balance

Physical Therapists Pattie Puckhaber, Liz Conway, Kristina Platoff, Anthony Marsala, Ilene Mulligan and Chris Kerscher hosted a vendor table at the Just Us Girls Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk in Manasquan.

The team was able to highlight many of our programs and services to participants, including ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, CoreVia Pelvic Health and our Sports Centers of Excellence.

Kessler Rehabilitation Center was a proud sponsor of the Garden State Track Club's Empire State 5K and Half Marathon.

Physical Therapists Bryant Cordova, Patrick Castro and Mitchell Popielec participated in the events. Bryant and Patrick were strong in the 5K while Mitchell crushed the half marathon.
