Dr. Richard Young is a podiatrist surgeon and physician, specializing in general podiatry, wound care, and limb salvage. Dr. Young has been practicing in the area for years. He is a graduate of Mon Valley Catholic high school, University of Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He enjoys the outdoors and you can find him hiking or fishing when he isn't seeing patients. He also enjoys local sporting events and attending games.

Dr. Anthony Cuneo is an expert with interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine and an integral part of our practice. He graduated from Bethel Park high school, Allegheny College and Temple University School of Medicine where he earned his MD and PhD in molecular physiology. He went onto an interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine fellowship in York, PA. Dr. Cuneo served as chief resident in 2016 at Temple University and was named Top Physician under 40 in PA in 2020.

Dr. Justin Sheba is an orthopedic surgeon and physician servicing both Penn Highlands Mon Valley and Penn Highlands Connesville. He went to Laurel Highlands high school, Penn State University and Philadelphia College of Medicine. He is ready to take care of your upper and lower extremity needs with arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements, and fracture care. When he is not providing medical care, you will probably find him at Disney or engulfed with all things Star Wars.

Dr. Morgan Baxter is a board certified podiatric foot and ankle surgeon. She is from the Mon Valley and a graduate from Ringgold High School, Washington & Jefferson College and Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her surgical training at Heritage Valley Hospital Systems. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her two bernedoodles and traveling.
