PSA: if you have an initial evaluation scheduled with us and no show to the appointment you will be charged and not be seen until the fee is paid. You get text message reminders and courtesy calls 24 hours before your appointment. We block one hour of our schedule to do a thorough evaluation and treatment all in one so please show other patients who need those treatment spots and our clinicians common courtesy and cancel within 24 hours. This is becoming an issue and we no longer will tolerate it.
