TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY :

Everyone here is so caring, professional, helpful & encouraging. I attend PT & OT @ the Jefferson location. Although everyone is great, Carissa, Beth, Patty & Hailey really take care of me.

My physical rehab is slow, but Carissa & Hailey always encourage me when I feel like giving up. When insurance tries to hold my approval, Patty fights really hard for me because they know I really need it. My health took a turn, and my muscles atrophied. Carissa helps me with balance, stamina, walking, stretching, etc. They send me home with “homework” to continue on days I am not scheduled.

Beth helps my OT issues. She can tell when I’m pushing myself too hard & makes me slow down, while really listening to my concerns for my progress. Again, she gives me “home” exercises to help me keep going.

I have days where my mental health play on my mind; but they ALWAYS encourage me to keep going. Reassurance means so much to me. I feel so cared for by this team. Honestly, I miss being there when I’m not scheduled. I feel like I found a second family in them.
