⚠️ Things that COST coins:
• Stress (physical, chemical, emotional)
• Poor sleep
• Processed foods
• Toxins your body has to break down
And here’s the part people miss…
It’s not about being perfect or “avoiding everything.”
You’re still going to brush your teeth. You’re still going to wash your hair.
