This is why we do it everyday…for everyone who works in healthcare and everyone who uses healthcare we know how crazy it has been since COVID. And yes the system is frustrating at times and overwhelming and sad and etc.But this right here is why we stay despite all that! With her permission I am posting a crocheted blanket that a resident made for one of our nurses. We typically don’t allow residents to gift items to staff but this was a special request by this patient as a thank you to her nurse who has encouraged her to be strong and have great results. Great job ladies!
