Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

High Point Home Health Ltd is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Registered Nurse to join our team serving Logan and Hardin Counties.

This position averages 10–15 visits per week and includes:
• Start of Care (SOC) visits
• Resumption of Care (ROC) visits
• Aide supervisory visits
• PRN / as-needed lab draws

We are looking for a nurse who:
• Demonstrates strong documentation skills (accuracy and compliance matter)
• Works independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment
• Is task-oriented and efficient in the field
• Can multitask and prioritize appropriately
• Communicates clearly with physicians, patients, aides, and office staff
• Is a team player while remaining self-driven and accountable

Home health experience is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings professionalism, integrity, and a solid clinical foundation.
