Even if you already have a Primary Care Provider outside of CHWP, SBHCs are here to make care more convenient:

Alongside partners from across Ohio, we highlighted how CHCs strengthen rural and urban communities alike—and why continued funding, workforce support, and telehealth are critical to our mission.

We’re proud to raise our voice on behalf of the patients and communities we serve.

A special thanks to Sean Chilson from Congressman Jim Jordan’s office for meeting with Peggy Anderson (CEO, Third Street Family Health Services), Tara Bair (CEO, Community Health & Wellness Partners), and OACHC’s Advocacy Communications Coordinator, Michelle Sierra, during our September National Fly-In.
