Natal Nourishment: Prenatal Yoga Series
A 4-week prenatal yoga journey led by Certified Yoga Teacher & Birth Doula, MacKenzie Myers Fitzpatrick.
Natal Nourishment is an intentional space for pregnant individuals to slow down, turn inward, and build a deeper connection to their changing bodies. Through mindful movement, breath, education, and conversation, this series supports both the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy—while honoring the inner wisdom each participant brings.
Over four weeks, we’ll explore:
• breathwork & meditation
• intentional, whole-body movement with pelvic floor focus
• comfort measures for pregnancy and labor
• nourishment for body, mind, and baby
• anatomical & physiological shifts during pregnancy
Each 90-minute class blends movement, rest, discussion, and practical tools you can carry with you beyond the mat—creating a supportive rhythm that deepens week by week. You’ll leave with a grounded toolkit to support you through pregnancy and into early parenting.
