MEET OUR STAFF:

Justin is our owner and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. Prior to starting Peak Performance 10+ years ago, he worked in 2 local chiropractic offices. In addition to working as a therapist, Justin has been a massage instructor, business coach, and works for the Dayton/ Miami Valley region of BNI. When he is not working, Justin enjoys time with his daughter and girlfriend, watching Buckeye and Colts football, hiking, kayaking, and playing guitar.

Justin specializes in traumatic scar tissue work, athletic treatment, cupping therapy, and post-surgical work.

Jaquan Mundy says that Justin is a fantastic boss and mentor who wears many hats, including being a skilled massage therapist. Above all else, he's an amazing dad in my eyes. I really enjoy our conversations about football and pretty much any other topic under the sun. We share a similar sense of humor which makes working with him a lot of fun. Justin's guidance and humor make him a standout presence in our workplace!

Victoria Young Petty says that Justin a very professional therapist, much wiser than his years, and a great dad. He's a faith oriented man who plays guitar at his church, Buckeye fan, and he provides 50% off for veterans. None better!!

Christina Marie Marshall says that Justin is a very experienced therapist, not just through years in the field, but also through studying different types of massage. He is appreciated by his clients and staff.

Vicky, our receptionist, has over 40 years experience in customer service. She thoroughly enjoys talking with people and helping in any way that she can. She prides herself on providing a warm, friendly greeting and believes that you can truly feel a smile.

Justin Powell says that Vicky has been a friend and mentor for his entire professional career. She maintains a great sense of humor, even on the chaotic days. She's extremely genuine and caring. She is always dependable and consistent.

Christina Marie Marshall says that Victoria Young Petty makes everyone's day better! She's cheerful, well organized, and brings life to the office.

Brittany Danielle Hamilton says that Vicky is very personable, funny, and good-hearted.
