Today at Centre Care we celebrated Gratitude and Pie Day! “What are you thankful for” cards were filled out and will be displayed for all to enjoy. Not to mention the pies made by our Administrator and HR Director that were delicious!

Happy Nurse Practioner Week to Xenia Kugler, CRNP!
USAF Veteran, RN for 10 years in critical care/ER, and most recently a Nurse Practitioner for more than 5 years, Xenia went back to school to become an NP because she was passionate about care for the older adult population and wanted to advance her career to specialize in gerontology. After working in internal medicine for 2 years she helped form Centre Geriatric Care, LLC with Dennis Shannon, III M.D. on November 17th, 2021. CGC provides Internal Medicine/Gerontology “age friendly” focused care to our residents at Centre Care. We are so grateful to you for all you do for our residents! 😍🎉
