I love house wrens. These little birds are creative house builders. We've tried to create acceptable spaces for them to build; my hose holder wasn't one.

This little house was built within a few hours. Did you know the male builds several nests, shows them off to the female, and she decides which one.

While the hose house is my favorite, it's really not a safe space to raise children. 😄

This or that, comfort or adventure. I am aware of my life possessing certain complexities, so yes, I choose the less complicated of the two - comfort.

Yes, you only grow and obtain a goal through adventure; reflecting on the goal helped me realize the why of what I was doing. The why moved this from a goal to a means to fund a different goal.

We spoke about potentials; so many options, which to puruse?  I shuffle and ask for one card. 

8 Cups.  Walk away from that which no longer serves.  We all know what those things are, even if we don't want to acknowledge them.

It can be a difficult thing to leave ideas, wants, people behind. 6 bowls have sunk, one slips beneath the surface, the final holds a burnt offering.

What needs to go?

It's winter in Florida. This means January is the month of cold temps. Lows are in the 30s, and highs reach the 60s. Rarely does it stay cold enough to kill the wax mallow. Christmas eve was the first night if the Rauhnacht. What is Rauhnachte?

The Rauhnächte are the 12 Nights of Christmas; a time when spirit energy is "rowdy" & the veil is thin. These reads prepare us for the coming year and shed light on that which no longer serves.

What's holding me back?  Absolutely nothing! 😄 January, though, speaks to light being shed on an existing health challenge that comes to a hard stop. Wonder if this speaks to the hitchy knee thing that's been going on.  🤔

Your forbidden way : spirits don't recommend, leave this path. Raven (stork) : stop flip-flopping.

Your right way : a positive way. Sun: choose joy. 

Your destiny : this is where your path is leading you.  Mice: worry.

Let's weave this together.  You need to stop flip flopping snf commit.   Chose joy because the path ahead is going to be stressful. 

Use that worry to learn something.  Learn as much as you can because one it's used up, it won't come back!

Meet Gary (his request). I've driven this road for three years and not once did I see him ... until yesterday. Peering from in the weeds, he caught my eye.

Poor thing has a broken wing, a boney protrusion where another wing once rest.

He hadn't said where he wanted to be until I bought two tea bushes; he hangs with Kwuan Yin, she who hears the cries of the world

Once chained, now fee.

Will he get the job? 

These suggest yes; at the interview, he will present as the person he thinks they want to see and malign his current post.  He'll get the job after a short delay; it'll be his shiny new penny!

There are published peer reviewed studies in the National Library of Medicine that show how linen bandages increased the speed of healing; Google includes numerous articles quoting a study by Dr Helen Yellen. It's a study from. The 1980s so you'd think I'd be able to find a copy. Nope.

The gleaning from all those articles:

The human body emits a frequency of between 70 and 100 Mhz.

Unbleached cotton 100 Mhz

Linen and wool, 5000 Mhz each though they oscillate in different directions so if worn together, they cancel out to zero.

Polyester, rayon, spandex, etc, 15 Mhz

Exposure to various frequencies can improve or weaken your immune system. The higher the frequency, the better. When the human frequency drops to 58 Mhz, disease begins, cancer at 42 Mhz, death at 25Mhz
