a Self-Love Experience: Breathwork in honor of Valentine's Day

This is an invitation to set your judgements aside + give yourself permission to align with the version of you who recognizes your power, your worth + your purpose.

This 2hr immersion is an opportunity to set aside the deeply needed time with the self to "fill your own cup". We will explore inward-reflected meditation, guided journaling, intuitive movement, self massage + other embodiment practices woven within a Transformational Breathwork Journey.

Whether you attend solo, or with a partner or friend, this experience will have you feeling warm, cozy + loving towards both yourself + others, during this season of Valentine's Day.

There is a beautiful private bedroom attached to the studio that is perfect for 1 individual or a pair of people who would enjoy staying all night to continue to integrate your experience. Enjoy relaxing with our library + strolling the garden scenery until 11am the following day.
