🌟 Patient Success Story: Roosevelt’s Journey to Healing 🌟

When Roosevelt arrived at The Pavilion Belleville, he faced a serious challenge—an infection of his left femoral artery bypass graft. It was a daunting and uncertain time, but from day one, our team focused on not just his medical treatment, but also on caring for him as a person.

Thanks to coordinated medical care, diligent wound care, and consistent monitoring, Roosevelt made remarkable progress. His resilience, trust, and positive attitude inspired everyone around him.

A big part of his success was the exceptional care provided by Fred, our Wound Nurse. Fred’s skill, compassion, and attention to detail made a world of difference throughout Roosevelt’s recovery. He took the time to explain, encourage, and support Roosevelt every step of the way, ensuring he always felt informed and confident in his healing journey.

We are proud of Roosevelt’s progress and grateful for the team that helped him on his path to recovery! 💪

Jacob’s transformation at Nexus Pavilion is a powerful testament to the impact of personal determination and expert care. After arriving with significant functional decline and requiring extensive support, Jacob committed to his recovery with the help of our interdisciplinary team. He worked tirelessly to progress from limited mobility to independently completing self-care and walking over 250 feet with his walker.
