Join us New Years Eve morning at 10:00 for our stress and anxiety release class. This is a perfect practice to release tension, invite clarity and peace for the new year.

This class is 75 minutes and will include gentle stretches and yoga movements, pranayama (breathing techniques) and end with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra meditation.

A Beautiful Spiritual Christmas Eve morning yoga practice. Enjoy 10 minutes of centering to calm the mind. You will then be guided into a variety of gentle slow mindful movements specifically designed to release stress and anxiety. The last part of class will be a peaceful savasana allowing you the quiet space away from the outside world to tap into your spirit and find Sweet PEACE!
