On Tuesday, our lead stylist Ashlie and HR Director James gave a presentation about beauty career opportunities to students from the cosmetology program at Mifflin County Academy of Science & Technology , and today the students got to visit VVRC's salon for themselves and learn more about a career that loves you back!

This queen turned 100 yesterday and we've been celebrating for days! Over the weekend, Lois was celebrated by beloved family and friends, and her church family and Valley View friends gathered for a sweet tea party today.

She was featured in an article in the Lewistown Sentinel on Saturday, and the last paragraph captures her perfectly: "Known for her kindness, faith, and warm spirit, Lois offers simple wisdom: “Be a good person, love God, and just love everyone.” Reflecting on her century of life, she says she is most proud of her parents and the strong family values they instilled.

Our sweethearts from the Haven, Terrace & Memory Lane enjoyed a delicious and fun banquet to celebrate Valentine's Day! A couple who has been married 68 years said it best -- "Love, that's what this whole thing is about." We agree!
