Grief can feel really heavy… and really lonely.

We’re working with Family Hospice to start something called Healing Steps, a series of gentle walks where you can just be, outside, with others who understand loss.

No pressure to talk. No expectations. Just space to move, breathe, and be around people who get it.

It starts May 7, and we’d love to have you there.

April is National Donate Life Month! This year’s theme uses trees as a symbol of life and connection. Just as trees grow and support each other in a forest, donation connects people – donors, recipients, and their families. Like a tree that grows and stands for generations, a donor’s gift leaves a lasting legacy of hope and life. 🌳

This National Donate Life Month, join us in helping to save and heal lives. Register your decision to be an organ, eye and tissue donor at RegisterMe.org and share your decision with your family and community! 💙💚 Visit www.DonateLife.net for free resources you can share!

Chances are, someone you know is carrying that.

A little awareness and kindness can go a long way.

Trans Day of Visibility is often about being seen. But for many trans people, it can also hold grief.
Grieving a loved one is never simple. For trans people, it can be even more layered.
You might be mourning someone who knew you before you knew yourself.
You might be holding love alongside memories that did not fully affirm you.
You might be wondering if they would see you now.
Grief can feel isolating when your identity is not fully recognized in spaces of mourning.
But your grief is real.
Your relationship was real.
Your love is real.
There is no right way to hold all of this. You are allowed to grieve as your full self.
You are not alone.

Today we celebrate the strength, compassion, and dedication of women everywhere. 💜

Every day, these women show up with open hearts to walk alongside children, teens, and families in some of life’s hardest moments. The compassion, strength, and care they bring to this work is truly something special.

We’re so grateful for the women who make healing, connection, and hope possible here.

Happy International Women’s Day.
