Group Meditation & Assisted Touch Session
Women Only | 60 Minutes | 3–5 Participants
This unique group session is designed to help women return to themselves—body, breath, and mind. Held in a safe, intimate space with 3 to 5 participants, this one-hour experience blends guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle, non-intimate assisted touch to support deep nervous system regulation.
Through calming breath techniques and intentional thought focus, participants are guided into a space where the mind begins to quiet—not just “cleared,” but soothed. This process opens the door to internal listening, positive self-talk, and heightened proprioception—the ability to feel your body from within.
What makes this session different is the integration of assisted touch—safe, supportive, non-intimate physical contact offered during meditation. Gentle hand placements on the shoulders, arms, or upper back help regulate the nervous system, release stress, and restore a sense of grounded presence. In a world where many women experience touch as either absent or unsafe, this practice restores connection to the body in a compassionate, trauma-informed way.
Clients are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing. No massage tables or oils are used—this is a clothed, seated or reclining experience designed for deep internal work and somatic calm.
