Designing my days is the ultimate flex. I’m rearranging priorities and adjusting how I spend my time, energy and resources.

My current situation is a direct reflection of my best thinking. Thinking is a skill that requires practice.

Thinking about how I’ve been spending my time allowed me to realign with my values & standards.

Distractions are abundant. I remain grounded and consistent by prioritizing myself, my needs and my money.

A big part of building out loud and having a personal brand is ensuring your mental health is top tier throughout the process.

Minding your business is free.

It allows you to focus on your nervous system, mindset & ventures.

My spiritual practice has kept me grounded. It allows me to come back into myself, lean into my intuition and practice discernment.

People will see your light, talents and energy. As a result, they’ll attempt to cause you either harm or harmony.

It’s up to you to have skills in place like confidence, critical thinking and decisiveness to protect yourself from low vibrational incels.
