🧠💚 Today is World Mental Health Day 💚🧠
Adapt wants to celebrate by taking a moment to honor the strength it takes to care for our mental health — whether that means reaching out for support, setting boundaries, or simply pausing to breathe. Remember: your mind needs care, attention, and nourishment to grow!
Water it with kindness.
Feed it with rest.
Protect it with boundaries.
Let the sunlight of connection and support in.
You deserve to bloom! 💐

“There is nothing beautiful about stripping millions of Americans of their health coverage, making drastic funding cuts to Medicaid, and shuttering health care providers across the country.”— Daniel H. Gillison, Jr., CEO, NAMI

Medicaid is the backbone of mental health care in America. This bill puts lives at risk.🔗 Read our full statement: https://www.nami.org/press-releases/nami-statement-on-senate-advancing-harmful-medicaid-cuts/
