Bellevue, NE—Aiming At Optimal is a holistic lifestyle-medicine program designed to optimize individual wellbeing with a focus on how our physical health relates to our mental health.
This program can be broken down into 3 stages:
1. UNLEARN
Before we can begin “aiming at optimal,” we must first reverse-engineer your current paradigms. WHY do you think, eat, sleep, and exercise the way that you do? This step involves keeping a daily journal, which we will use to map out your “journey toward optimal.”
2. AIM
Once we’ve established how you got where you are, we will begin working on establishing your “aim.” It IS possible to clearly identify the optimal lifestyle for yourself. Once this optimal has been clearly defined for you, we can then build your personalized roadmap toward optimal living.
3. EXPAND
The reason that You are alive right Now is simple—to expand the quality of your Consciousness. That is, to explore those things that may be holding back your flourishing, pinching you off from thriving, or stagnating your expansion. A@O was designed to assist You with such a noble aim.
