Matt is a dedicated healthcare leader and passionate advocate for those living with arthritis. He has spent two decades improving rehabilitation services and supporting individuals on their journey to better mobility and wellness. Matt has seen firsthand the effects that arthritis can have on a person's quality of life.

Matt has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, home health, and post-acute care. His career has been defined by building strong therapy teams, advancing clinical excellence, and advocating for policies that enhance rehabilitation services. He is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Association of Rehab Agencies, and has served in leadership roles within the Nebraska Home Care Association.

Matt holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha. He lives in Papillion with his wife, Mylissa, and two of their five children.
