Every day, our residents enjoy 45 minutes to an hour of movement, tailored to support both body and mind. From gentle balance and strength training to energizing cardio sessions and calming yoga poses with focused breathing, we make sure there's something for everyone.

These purposeful activities don’t just promote physical health—they help improve mood, boost confidence, and encourage connection.

🎉 Father’s Day Celebration at Silverado Bellevue 🎉

This year’s Father’s Day event was one to remember! We were honored to host the Memphis Belles during their USO Tour, and their nostalgic performance had everyone smiling, singing, and tapping their toes.

To add to the fun, we held a watermelon eating contest — and the winner was none other than our Director of Resident Engagement, Mitchell Dorman, who impressively ate 21 pieces of watermelon in just three minutes! 🍉👏

The day was filled with laughter, music, and joy as we celebrated the incredible fathers in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a huge success — your presence made the day even more special.

🇺🇸 Fourth of July Fun at Silverado Bellevue! 🎆

Yesterday, we celebrated Independence Day in true Silverado style—with joy, music, and community spirit! Our Fourth of July party was a blast, filled with heartwarming moments and patriotic pride.

🎶 The incredibly talented Larissa filled the air with beautiful patriotic music that had everyone smiling and singing along.

🌭 Our amazing Engagement Team was on grill duty—alongside residents—cooking up delicious hot dogs, while our wonderful Administrator helped serve up refreshing root beer floats!

🐰 Even our beloved bunnies joined the festivities, adding a little extra cheer to the celebration.

🍉 From a spirited watermelon eating session to nonstop laughter, smiles, and shared memories, it was a day to remember.

A heartfelt thank you to all the family members who came and celebrated with us—your presence truly made a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. ❤️
