Karen is truly living her best life. She's known for her generous heart, always ready to lend a helping hand, and she knows how to enjoy the little luxuries too! 💅 Just recently, she and her daughter enjoyed a relaxing spa day together, complete with a fresh manicure — perfect timing, since Karen’s ready to get her hands a little dirty at our Hanging Flower Basket event this Saturday! 🌸🌿

We’re so lucky to have Karen as part of our Silverado family. Her kindness, energy, and beautiful spirit bring so much joy to our community every day.

Every day, our residents enjoy 45 minutes to an hour of movement, tailored to support both body and mind. From gentle balance and strength training to energizing cardio sessions and calming yoga poses with focused breathing, we make sure there's something for everyone.

These purposeful activities don’t just promote physical health—they help improve mood, boost confidence, and encourage connection.

🎉 Father’s Day Celebration at Silverado Bellevue 🎉

This year’s Father’s Day event was one to remember! We were honored to host the Memphis Belles during their USO Tour, and their nostalgic performance had everyone smiling, singing, and tapping their toes.

To add to the fun, we held a watermelon eating contest — and the winner was none other than our Director of Resident Engagement, Mitchell Dorman, who impressively ate 21 pieces of watermelon in just three minutes! 🍉👏

The day was filled with laughter, music, and joy as we celebrated the incredible fathers in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a huge success — your presence made the day even more special.

🇺🇸 Fourth of July Fun at Silverado Bellevue! 🎆

Yesterday, we celebrated Independence Day in true Silverado style—with joy, music, and community spirit! Our Fourth of July party was a blast, filled with heartwarming moments and patriotic pride.

🎶 The incredibly talented Larissa filled the air with beautiful patriotic music that had everyone smiling and singing along.

🌭 Our amazing Engagement Team was on grill duty—alongside residents—cooking up delicious hot dogs, while our wonderful Administrator helped serve up refreshing root beer floats!

🐰 Even our beloved bunnies joined the festivities, adding a little extra cheer to the celebration.

🍉 From a spirited watermelon eating session to nonstop laughter, smiles, and shared memories, it was a day to remember.

A heartfelt thank you to all the family members who came and celebrated with us—your presence truly made a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. ❤️

At Silverado Bellevue, we’re proud to care for some truly remarkable individuals — and today, we’re shining a light on one of them: Eldred. 💙

Eldred is one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet. He’s known around our community for his gentle spirit, caring heart, and the way he shows compassion not only to people, but also to animals. 🐾 Whether he’s offering a warm smile, lending a helping hand, or showing affection to a visiting pet, Eldred leads with tenderness.

He’s an active and valued part of our community — always ready to join a group exercise class, read aloud to his fellow residents, or step in to help whenever needed. His presence lifts the mood of every room he enters.

🌱 Watch Us Grow at Silverado Bellevue! 🌱

Our Community Living neighborhood has been busy digging in — literally! Residents have been rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty as they lovingly tend to our garden. 🌿🌸

From corn and strawberries to lavender and lemon thyme, our garden is bursting with care, dedication, and a whole lot of joy. Each plant is a reflection of the hard work and pride our residents pour into creating something beautiful and nourishing.

We can’t wait to watch it all grow — but honestly, the only thing more abundant than the fruits and veggies… are the smiles. 😊🍓🌽

Our Nexus residents have been getting hands-on and having a blast learning a brand-new skill: making gel candles! 💡✨ With colorful designs, personal touches, and lots of joy, these beautiful creations are as unique as the amazing individuals who made them.

🧶 New Skills, New Joys at Silverado Bellevue! 🧶

Our Nexus residents have been hard at work lately, expanding their minds and hands by learning something new — loom knitting! 💪🧵

With lots of focus (and a few laughs along the way), they're diving into this creative new hobby, and we’re excited to say they’re making wonderful progress. Scarves and hats are in the works — fingers crossed! 🤞🧣🎩

At Silverado, we believe in purposeful engagement and lifelong learning, and it’s inspiring to see our residents discovering new ways to express themselves and stay mentally active.

Each bag is filled with thoughtful treats — from lotions and cups to fun knickknacks — all meant to say “thank you” for the heart, energy, and compassion our CNAs pour into caring for our residents every single day.
