Can anyone else relate... 🙃

But in all seriousness, if this is something you’ve been struggling with lately, here are a few things to try the next time you feel a spiral sneaking up:

- Ground yourself: Focus on what you can see, hear, or touch right now.
- Take slow, deep breaths: Even a few minutes can help calm your nervous system.
- Write it down: Get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper.
- Move your body: A short walk, stretching, or any movement can shift your energy.
- Reach out: Talking to a friend, family member, or support person can interrupt the spiral.

Remember, noticing when your thoughts start to spiral is a powerful first step because it gives you a moment to pause, reset, and redirect your focus. 👏

October is National Depression Education Awareness Month. 🧠

Sadness is something we all feel from time to time, but depression goes deeper than sadness. It can show up as constant exhaustion, a heavy sense of hopelessness, or feeling disconnected from the people you care about.

Recognizing these signs can help you understand when it might be time to reach out for support.

Please share to spread awareness. 🧡

What's something you tell yourself when imposter syndrome shows up?✨

"We live in a world that glorifies hustle — constantly doing, producing, achieving.

But nature doesn’t rush. Seasons shift slowly, days get shorter, leaves fall, and the earth takes its time to rest and renew. 🍂

What if we allowed ourselves to do the same? To step back, slow down, and honor the seasons of our own lives.

Rest isn’t laziness — it’s nourishment. Sometimes what your body + mind need most is stillness, quiet, and space to breathe. ✨

A slower season doesn’t mean you’re behind. It means you’re honoring your humanity and trusting that growth happens in the pause, too.

👉 How are you giving yourself permission to slow down right now?"

Depression doesn’t always look the way we expect — it can show up in many different ways.

Sometimes it means struggling to get out of bed, while other times it means pushing through the day with a smile. Everyone’s experience is unique. 🧡

OCD is often falsely portrayed as "just liking things neat and organized," but the truth is, it’s a serious mental health condition that can be distressing and even debilitating. 🧠

There are many types of OCD, and each person experiences it differently.

And while the symptoms can vary, all types involve unwanted, distressing thoughts and repetitive behaviors that are difficult to control.

In honor of , we want to shed light on how often OCD is misunderstood.

People often say, "I'm so OCD" because they like things neat and organized, but OCD is not a quirky personality trait. It’s a serious mental health condition that can involve intrusive thoughts, overwhelming anxiety, and compulsions that feel impossible to control.

This week, let’s raise awareness, challenge misconceptions, and support those living with OCD. 🧡

What's one thing every single person on this planet has in common?

Mental health. And while it's something that we all have, that doesn't mean we all experience it in the same exact way.

So this is a gentle reminder — even though mental health is universal, it isn’t always possible to know what someone else is going through. Mental illness is real, and even if it’s not part of your life, it may be a very real part of someone else’s.

Be kind, friends! 🧡
