20 years - of doing something I truly LOVE.
I feel so very lucky to have found a career where I get to help people feel better, be less stressed and be in less pain.
Thank you to all my incredible clients, that make my job one of the least stressful jobs out there and easy to truly enjoy showing up to each day.

I have no problem admitting I am a super wuss in the snow!
I hate canceling and being stuck at home - but I don't think it's ever worth risking an accident or encountering idiots out on the road that don't know how to drive in it.
Please stay home, be safe, and we will reschedule you asap.
