Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Master, Kid Reiki Master, Inner Child Healing, Sound Healing, Angelic Guidance, Holy Fire® III Reiki Classes Reiki is a non-invasive Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It can promote healing by releasing congestion from energy centers (chakras) to enable a good flow of energy in the body. It is administered by gentle touch and is based on the idea of channeling universal light and love through a practitioner to a client. An unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it’s high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki also compliments medical treatments and other therapies. For years, I had chronic foot pain in both feet to the point of not being able to walk without the use of medical equipment, I also lost my hearing for a long period of time. In 2017, after being deemed a medical mystery for far too long, I started receiving Reiki, chiropractic care and started working on my mindset, learning new ways to deal with stress. Eventually, my pain and hearing returned to a manageable level. Reiki has changed my life for the better and I want to help others on their healing journey. I received my Holy Fire ® II Reiki Level 1 & 2 certifications in 2018 & 2022; Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master & Karuna Reiki Master in 2023; Holy Fire® III Animal Reiki Master in 2024; Kids Reiki Master in 2025. Sound healing is the practice of using vibrational frequencies to improve your physical health and emotional well-being. I can incorporate sound healing into the Reiki session for a next level relaxation experience at no extra charge. I provide Reiki sessions by appointment only at the Peaceful Minds Store in Bellevue, NE. I also provide distant Reiki for those who are unable to come into the store, out of state, or just prefer distant sessions, you will still receive all the wonderful Reiki benefits.

Congratulations to Shay on her new endeavor at the Peaceful Minds Store! 🎉 I am excited to pass the baton and focus on my Reiki & Sound Healing business full-time. As some of you may have noticed, if you have been in the store lately, we have had the lovely Shay Mancuso training behind the counter.
We’d like to officially announce she will become the new store manager at Peaceful Minds!
She’ll be here full time starting the week of January 20th! Woohoo!🥳
We are so blessed to have her step up and take this roll! Lisa has been our right hand gal from day 1 then Shereen came in and supported us this year. We could not have done it without them! ❤️ Love these ladies! 😘
Lisa, Shereen and I will still be around to help as we launch our new collective called Peaceful Pathways along with Karen, Sherry & Melissa at 1620 Wilshire Dr Ste 216 in Bellevue. We hope to see many of you there for the therapeutics side of the business. ☺️ Each of us will have our individual businesses under the Peaceful Pathways umbrella. Sooo excited for all the expansion!
