Are you feeding your body- or your emotions? 🍴

It’s easy to reach for food when we’re stressed, bored, or sad, but emotional eating doesn’t nourish your body- it only masks the real need. The next time you feel that urge, pause and ask: Am I truly hungry, or am I looking for comfort?

If it’s emotions, try something different: call a friend, take a walk, brew a cup of tea, or dive into a good book. And when you are hungry, give your body whole, nourishing foods.
