We are re-opening SOON!💙

Although we had every intention of opening our new Bellevue office in the Fall of 2024, an ACL/meniscus injury and surgery, and a herniated disc postponed those plans. However, we are excited to announce that we will be launching our Bellevue location in March 2025. Be on the lookout for Grand Re-Opening specials coming soon!

We have fallen in love with the PNW and look forward to helping our clients here move and feel better!

I will never be the one to post as if I have all the answers. Nothing could be further from the truth. I tend to trust my intuition when working with clients- it serves me well most of the time.

Today, I had a client experiencing severe nerve pain in his foot. Something I have not dealt with before. I listened and moved with what I felt might be beneficial- a combination of frequency specific microcurrent and fascia stretch therapy. I remember thinking after the session, “Well, if I was on the right track, I will hear from him later today”, not expecting to hear from him.

Several hours later, this was the text I received. Please understand he had been experiencing pretty severe pain and there was a lot of swelling. I was surprised and so excited!

There’s actually a good reason why it’s called a “practice”. All in all, there is consistency but there is also a mix of failure and success. For those of us who choose to help people who are in pain, failure does not feel good. We feel responsible for not making a difference. But on those days when we do…. Oh man…. there is no better feeling.🙏🏽

Big changes are in store at Free Motion Stretch. 🙌🏼

My husband and I have decided to relocate to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to much of our family there. After 44 years in the desert, we are heading to lots of green, lots of clouds, lots of rain, and lots of grandkids! 💙 While this decision has been hard, we are ready for a new adventure.

What does that mean for Free Motion Stretch? Kevin Campbell will be taking over in Mesa. He’s been with us since October and is doing such a great job! Our clients have really enjoyed working with him and he’s the perfect fit to carry on what I started nearly 5 years ago.

As for me, I will be opening up Free Motion Stretch in Bellevue, Washington after we get settled in, so please follow our continued adventure!

Starting Free Motion Stretch has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I have told countless people that the good Lord has brought me incredible clients over the years. You have trusted us with your well-being and I’m honored by that trust and grateful for you. It has always been my joy to help you in anyway I could – and wow, has it been fun to be a part of your journey!
