Thrilled my baby is finally born!

I began writing this book soon after my mother’s aggressive cancer diagnoses. She refused all conventional cancer therapies. Despite all odds she instead chose to pursue naturopathic and functional medicine and to address the root causes of her illness. She chose courage, faith, audacity, hope and love over fear, hopelessness and resignation. Her cancer stabilized and failed to rapidly progress. She thrived for 9 years until the pandemic hit.

My mother taught me the power of healing and graceful aging through unleashing our feminine powers while harmonizing science with spirituality. She taught me to lead with compassion, humility and oneness. She taught me to stay present, detached and joyful no matter what.

The essence of her wisdom and beauty, of courage and encouragement and love led me to write this book.

Printed versions will become available on May 8, 2024 on all online global bookstores. Audiobook will become available at a later date.

The book focuses on aging and how we can unleash our feminine powers to age gracefully, to create joy and wellbeing to live longer and healthier. It provides you with the science but also the heart and the art of healing and living youthfully.

It provides some thoughts for reflection as well as some practical tools. It helps you understand the philosophy and method, The KHOSH Method, I created and have trained many doctors on to support you in aging gracefully while addressing root causes of and reducing risks of chronic conditions. Women particularly will find this book useful.

30% of the profits of the book will go to charitable non-profit organizations, like Mona Foundation to further education of children globally.
