Lake Hills Family Dentistry We are located in the Lake Hills area of Bellevue, Washington. We strive to provide quality dental care in a comfortable atmosphere.

Welcome to Lake Hills Family Dentistry! Our goal is to help you achieve your dental health goals through education, a variety of treatment options and preventive care. The core values of our practice center on treating all patients with the highest degree of integrity, compassion, and honesty. Dr. Jeff Malyon grew up in the Pacific Northwest, earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington, then went on to graduate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1984. Dr. Malyon practiced in the Portland area for three years then moved his family to Switzerland where he worked in a school dental clinic for three years. Dr. Malyon and his family moved back to Bellevue where he started his current dental practice in 1991. His philosophy of putting his patients’ best interest first has been a constant in his practice. Dr. Malyon is a member of the following dental organizations:

American Dental Association
Washington State Dental Association
Seattle-King County Dental Society
Academy of LDS Dentists
Northwest Precedent –- A practice based research group

Our beloved Chisaki has completed the two-year dental hygiene training program at Lake Washington. As of mid-August she has rejoined Lake Hills Family Dentistry on a part time basis. We are delighted to have her back on our team!

We are so happy she joined us in August of 2020. She and her husband live in Issaquah with their cat and dog, Bob and Bella. 🐶🐱
When she isn't working, you can find her exploring the outdoors 🏔, taking care of her pets, and playing tennis🎾.
She has an artistic eye and is an excellent cook. She is helpful and professional and will look forward to helping you with the logistics of dental care.
