To All Valued Practice Members:

Bellevue Wellness center is open. All providers are now seeing clients. We continue to provide wellness care and teach the principles of good health to serve the needs of our community.

As we continue to navigate the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we wish to uphold our shared responsibility of slowing its transmission ("flattening the curve").

As always, your health and wellness are our highest priority. We strongly encourage everyone to follow the guidelines of the CDC and local public health officials

● If you have fever, cough, shortness of breath or have been in contact with someone with COVID19, please stay home.

● Patients should avoid congregating in waiting areas and should follow social distancing recommendations.

● Hand washing is required before entering office and face coverings are encouraged.

● Appointments will be staggered so that patients do not overlap.

● Phone visits are available for patients of Jeanne Kreider. For more information regarding this process, please call our front desk.
