I will be out of the office tomorrow, Tuesday, July 29 for a personal day and will be back in the office on Wednesday the 30th.
There is some availability this week including a very rare open Saturday session!!

✨ In-home massage and wellness sessions for persons with intellectual and physical disabilities. There are currently 5 available weekly openings in the Bellevue/South Omaha area for those living in a caretaker setting (group housing/SLP/Etc). Please reach out for more information, pricing, and to schedule a free consultation.
✨ Wee Chill sessions for kiddos under 16. By utilizing a mixture of light massage, grounding, meditation, and self-regulation techniques, the Wee Chill program allows kids to reap the benefits of wellness and bodywork while learning how to manage big feels and stress in their day-to-day routines.
✨ Compassion care for older persons. Many of our older loved ones can benefit from regular bodywork. Work includes light touch and compassion care depending on health restrictions. Older individuals that get regular massage often report less stress, more happiness and a better quality of life.

Spring is in full swing at the shop! I spent some down time yesterday moving plants to the patio and making space inside for some retail! The first few items will be available in June and I can't wait to share them with you!

Spring Shop Refresh!
The spring shop refresh will be happening over the course of the next couple of weeks. While I don't anticipate major layout changes, You will notice some new art, fixed flooring, and a small, dedicated retail space. I am so excited to be adding the first products by June 1!

Get Your Soul Swole Podcast!
I am beyond excited to have this project moving forward!! Several episodes have been recorded and are awaiting editing with several more in the wings. We are anticipating an official release in July with date TBD.
Full episodes will air on Sundays with mini-sodes dropping every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!

Wellness Retreats!
The very first Get Your Soul Swole Wellness Retreats will begin in September with booking to open in July!
Dates/Times/Locations TBD.
I am currently vetting venues and will have all of the information available in June so you can start planning! We will have weekday evening and weekend morning sessions available to fit every schedule!
Retreats will include meditation, body movement, journaling, art, and some education. Join us for a body, mind, soul refresh coming this fall!!
