Janelle also specializes in affordable, small group personal training, working with groups of 3 to 6 clients at a time. Working with small groups offers the best of both worlds to our clients. On the one hand it offers the fun, high energy, and new friends that you’d get from a boot camp or other large group style fitness program. On the other hand, similar to one on one training, it ensures that you get the individual attention and personalized exercise and nutrition coaching that fits your needs so that you see results.

"Team Fit" has a bigger vision than a single gym can encompass. Janelle wants to touch the health of many people in her lifetime she believes that offering her knowledge whether you a member of her gym or not is a way to make this happen. So reach out when your stuck, plateaued or just need tid bits of information.
