Charlotte is a graduate counseling intern at Polaris Family Behavioral Health, now offering specialized therapy sessions for OCD at a reduced rate of $70/hour. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Applied Child & Adolescent Psychology at the University of Washington, she specializes in treating kids through young adults. With experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Charlotte provides a warm, structured, and compassionate space for children, teens, and individuals working through life’s challenges. She’s passionate about helping clients build resilience and move toward lasting growth and healing.

Ann is a graduate-level counseling intern pursuing her Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology: Prevention and Treatment at the University of Washington. She is currently completing her clinical training at Polaris Family Behavioral Health, where she provides therapy under supervision to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. Ann has a special interest in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and is training in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She brings experience working with children in school settings, including those with behavioral challenges and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Ann is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and affirming space for adolescents and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. She also offers therapy services in Korean.
