Michelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. In her clinical training she worked with early adolescents, teens, and young adults in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient, and telehealth.

She specializes in treating OCD, anxiety, and depression through the use of evidence-based practices including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). Michelle also holds special interest in working with clients who are dealing with eating disorders and body image related issues, as well as those with addictive behaviors.

🧺🌼 OCD Community Picnic 🌼🧺
We’re gathering on August 9th at Bellevue City Hall Plaza, and you’re invited! Whether you live with OCD or are part of the community in any way, come connect, create, and share space with others who get it.
✨ There’ll be an art display and an open mic hour-so bring your art, your words, your voice. Share a painting, read a poem, sing a song, or simply listen and be part of the moment.
🥪 Don’t forget to bring some food! Whether it’s a large dish or snacks to share, we’d love for you to join us for a relaxed afternoon of community and creativity.
This event is proudly hosted by Polaris Family Behavioral Health and OCD Washington 💙
Let’s celebrate expression, healing, and being together. 💚
