Welcome Dr. Tara Ahlf to HIDEF Bellevue!

Dr. Tara earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University.

As a former collegiate basketball player and certified strength and conditioning specialist, Tara knows that movement is medicine and she loves empowering patients to learn more about their own bodies and how to heal aches and pains through her patient-centered approach to physical therapy.

Tara develops personalized treatment plans that not only support recovery, but also build resilience and long-term wellness. Whether working with athletes, weekend warriors, or those new to movement, Tara knows that life doesn’t stop when injuries happen and she is committed to helping each patient move forward with confidence and purpose.

Pumped to have her on the team and for you all to meet her!
