Liz discovered barre3 while searching for a way to care for herself in the midst of motherhood and a career transition. Tiffany found it while healing from injury and craving connection during a demanding season of life. For both women, barre3 quickly became more than just a workout — it became a lifeline.

Their shared love for movement sparked a bold idea (and one pivotal text message) that led to co-ownership of barre3 Happy Valley. Together, they’ve created a studio rooted in community, compassion, and strength.

In our interview, Liz and Tiffany share how they built their studio from the ground up — and why partnership, purpose, and the barre3 network make all the difference.

the barre3 class

barre3 offers both a 60-minute and 45-minute signature workout that mixes strength conditioning, cardio, flexibility and mindfulness. Our instructors guide you through a warm up; a leg sequence (quads and inner and outer thighs); strength training of arms and upper back; a cardio burst; dynamic stretch; and a core workout of abdominal and seat muscles (e.g., glutes, hamstrings and side seat). These movements will tone and lengthen all major muscle groups, rev your heart rate and strengthen and balance your body. Class wraps up with a mindful stretch, breath, flow experience that will leave you feeling empowered from within. Props provided include the barre, weights, ball, mat, resistance band and sliders.
