barre3 offers both a 60-minute and 45-minute signature workout that mixes strength conditioning, cardio, flexibility and mindfulness. Our instructors guide you through a warm up; a leg sequence (quads and inner and outer thighs); strength training of arms and upper back; a cardio burst; dynamic stretch; and a core workout of abdominal and seat muscles (e.g., glutes, hamstrings and side seat). These movements will tone and lengthen all major muscle groups, rev your heart rate and strengthen and balance your body. Class wraps up with a mindful stretch, breath, flow experience that will leave you feeling empowered from within. Props provided include the barre, weights, ball, mat, resistance band and sliders.
