My name is Melissa and I have been a licensed massage therapist since September 2013. I started my own business in March of 2020 (talk about a weird time to start something new-thanks Covid)! That being said, I could not be more blessed to be able to lend a healing hand to the people in my community. I always strive to provide professional customer service and relaxing massages customized to your needs. In order to be as professional and operational as possible, I felt the need to share my policies with you. Do Knot Stress Licensed massage therapy policies:

Late policy- Please show up on time to your scheduled appointment out of respect for myself and those whose appointment follows yours (and for the sake of coming in relaxed and not feeling rushed). Being late may result in a reduction of your hands on time. You will be responsible for the whole service charge as booked-It really stinks when I have to do that so please be on time. Cancellation policy- I ask that you please give me 24 hours notice for any service cancellations or reschedules. This gives me the opportunity to market and fill that spot with someone else who needs it (Lets face it, we all need a good massage)! Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50 % service charge. I do require credit card on file for booking. The card will not be charged before I contact you reminding you of this policy. Emergency situations may be forgiven at my digression. Please note that I do not have a receptionist. I have an online booking site for your convenience. The quickest way to contact me is by texting (402) 657-1753. If you leave me a message I will get back to you ASAP.
