Michael Fred Phelps II, is the most successful and most decorated Olympian of all time with a total of 28 medals. How often did he utilize his shoulders as on Olympic athlete? How often do we use our shoulders everyday to achieve our greatest tasks? Our shoulders often carry our most precious cargo, our kids, when they are young. Our shoulders are used to hug friends and family. We rely on our shoulders to help us with daily tasks with hobbies and goals we have set. It is safe to conclude that our shoulder health is important.

At Ortho. Washington we are there when the injury or pain strikes, we are also there to help with injury prevention. Our team is skilled and trained to help each and every unique orthopedic injury.
You are in good hands with a team that wants you to succeed, we want to help you get back to your optimal health as soon as possible. OrthoWashington 425-820-1221, accepting new patients!

Our brilliant human hands have been a part of history, probably more than we realize. The famous Julia Child became a symbol in the cooking world as she conquered bringing French cuisine to the American public with her first cookbook.

Michael Jordan was integral in popularizing basketball and the NBA around the world in the 1980s and 1990s, becoming a global cultural icon. His profile on the NBA website states that "by acclamation, Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time."

The human hand is an integral part of our history, present and future. Today you will more than likely utilize your hands to drive, cook, write, perhaps participate in a hobby or sport.

The human hand is made up of the wrist, palm, and fingers and consists of 27 bones, 27 joints, 34 muscles, over 100 ligaments and tendons, and many blood vessels and nerves.

At Ortho. Washington we are medical professionals you are seeking to help you with any hand and wrist injuries or pain. We also specialize in much more, visit our website to learn more, www.orthowashington.com

The Olympic records for running 100 meters are set by Usain Bolt in 2012 at 9.63 seconds, and by Elaine Thompson-Herah in 2021 at 10.61 seconds.
To even begin the demands of preparing for such monument events would require healthy knees!

The knee is a complex joint made up of different structures including bones, tendons, ligaments and muscles. They all work together to maintain normal function and provide stability to the knee during movement.
Knee health is important so you can keep moving and keep up with life's demands. At Ortho. Washington we are here for all your knee related pains, injuries, injury prevention and overall health.
Call us today to schedule a consultation with one of our expert physicians, 425-820-1221, www.orthowashington.com
