I really like the point and identify feature of the app Stellarium. If you like astonomy, now's a good time to download an app, as Saturn is now nearly as close to earth as it gets, so it's rather bright.

This is one good reason why we recommend drinking only flat water with aligners on your teeth. The acidic pH levels of carbonated water can do damage to your enamel. With aligners out, your saliva can buffer the acidity, but if the sparkling water gets into your aligners, your teeth will be soaking in it for some time.

Marketplace tested popular sparkling water brands to see which is most acidic. Turns out, not all grapefruit-flavoured sparkling waters are created equally.
